Nova Pellet project and developed a packaging modular structure to install with N-MINI pellet mill.
N-COMPACT permit to package directly pellet production into 15 kg bags: a tilted conveyor belt load a cistern to storage pellet, here you can package the pellet into 15 kg bags, pressing a valve. Then you can weld the bags and sell it.
N-COMPACT is composed by:
• Hardware structure;
• Tilted conveyor belt;
• Pellet storage hopper;
• Weighing bag machine kg 15;
• Welding machine;
• Electrical board.

N-PACK permit to package directly pellet production into 15 kg bags: a vibrating screen cleans the pellet, then a tilted conveyor belt load a cistern to storage pellet, here you can package the pellet into 15 kg bags, pressing a valve. Then you can weld the bags and sell it.

SPARE PARTS
Every pellet mill model is composed by a set of tools that permit to produce high qualità pellet with high efficiency. Below you can find tools’ description:
• Rollers: each pellet mill has 2 rollers that permit die‘s rolling and press the saw dust. Rollers shall be manually regulated on every production start and replace when usury comes (you may change all the roller or just spare parts as roller shells, bearings etc.).
Die cutter: this tool determine pellet quality. Every raw material need its own kind of die, that’s why Nova shall study customer’s saw dust or organic material to find the best length of die’s holes. The saw dust comes into pelletting area, a roller forces the material through the die’s holes, compressing it in pellet. Outside the die, knives cut the pellet on wished length.
